This policy explains what the SI HOUSE SPA website collects, why, and how you can ask for it to be removed.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the distributor application form: name, company or salon name, country or region, sales channel, current business, the product range you are interested in, and a LINE ID or email so we can reply. There is no account system on this site and we never ask for payment card details.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you about distribution and product selection. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from the date you submit the form, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Cookies and external services
This site uses no advertising cookies, and non-essential measurement scripts are not loaded before you consent. The map showing where the shop is forms part of the page’s function; it is provided by Google Maps and may set Google cookies when it loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us. Contact us on LINE @sihousespa.
Data controller
The legal entity name, address and privacy contact email will be published once the brand confirms them.
